Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. When you enter your credit card details we obtain pre authorisation against your card, when we dispatch your order we then make the charge against your credit card

We accept all credit and debit cards except American Express.

Shipping And Handling

All goods are sent by next working day delivery, Orders received before mid-day are dispatched the same day if in stock, you will be informed by email or phone if items are out of stock and expected delivery date

Goods not collected after 5 days or which have incorrect address details, will be returned to Internet Workwear Ltd and we are charged £8.00 for this privilage, this charge will be applied to your account plus any further delivery charges

Next day delivery applies only to Mainland UK, Other UK area's are charged at £12.00 first item + £1.00 per additional items, other area's go by First Class Mail

Orders over £150 excluding VAT are free of delivery charges UK Mainland only

Delivery Schedule

We will normally send your order to you in <1-2> business days with some items not in stock taking 2-3 days. Items out of stock will be placed on back order and the customer informed by email

All orders are dispatched by either Royal Mail or City-Link to UK Mainland addresses only, using a next working day delivery.

A email is sent to each customer upon dispatch, telling the delivery method, expected delivery date and if applicable the consignment number. City-link customers must be available to sign for the goods or they will be returned to us by city-link at additional cost

Internet Workwear Ltd cannot accept any responsibility for any discrepancies or non-deliveries that do not comply complying with the following: -

Customers must inform Internet Workwear Ltd of any discrepancies or non-deliveries within 7 days of the goods being dispatched to tel no 01493-843003 and confirmed by email to sales@internet-workwear.co.uk.




Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach the Protex bank computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy

Private Customer Orders

Returns policy
If any garments are not required for any reason we will be happy to refund their value provided that; (a) they are returned to us carriage paid, unused (other than for the purpose of trying on the garment), within 14 days of delivery; (b) our invoice relating to the relevant goods has been paid by the due date; and (c) a written note is enclosed quoting the invoice number and stating the reason for the garments being returned. Embroidered good cannot be returned unless faulty

If you have ordered the wrong item size or colour etc please return the unwanted item for a refund and re-order the new items as a new order

Initial shipping charges will not be reimbursed if goods are returned for any reason apart from faulty goods

Returned goods must be in there original packaging with all labels still on the garment.

Customers are responsible for the return postage costs of goods not wanted for any reason apart from faulty goods,

Please make sure you send the items back with a recorded delivery service, otherwise we can not be held responsible for lost goods

Business Customers

Returns are not generally accepted but exceptions may be made at the discretion of Internet Workwear Ltd who should be contacted within 2 days of receipt of the goods

A re-stocking fee of 20% will be charged where business customers return items that have been agreed with Internet Workwear Ltd


Force majeure
Where we are unable to perform due to any circumstances beyond our control we may suspend performance while those circumstances subsist and any agreed date or period for delivery shall be regarded as extended accordingly. If any period of suspension of deliveries lasts for more than three months, either party may cancel the contract by written notice without penalty.

Insolvency
If (a) you make any voluntary arrangement with your creditors or become bankrupt or become subject to an administration order, or go into liquidation; (b) you cease, or threaten to cease, to carry on business; or (c) Internet Workwear Ltd reasonably believes that any of the above events is about to occur and notifies you accordingly; then you shall cease at once to use any goods not then paid for and shall on demand return any of them remaining in your possession.

On making such a demand, we are entitled, without incurring any liability to you, to enter your premises and remove and repossess such of our goods as are to be found there, and also to cancel any contract with you.

Risk & ownership
The risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the delivery address. Ownership of the goods remains with Internet Workwear Ltd until payment has been received in full for the goods and any other garments for which payment is also due
Remittance Terms All account customers are expected to make payment by 30 days from date of invoice.
